Refund & Returns Policy
At Eyelusion, we want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@eyelusion.ae with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable unless defective:
- Worn or used eyewear
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange replacement or refund promptly.
Smart Glasses Return Policy
Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta Smart Glasses are sold in manufacturer-sealed packaging.
Returns are accepted only if the original manufacturer seal remains intact and the packaging has not been opened.
Once the seal has been broken, the product activated, paired with a device, or used in any way, the item becomes non-returnable unless it is found to be defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Defective products will be handled according to the official manufacturer’s warranty procedures.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
