Return Policy

At Eyelusion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your sunglasses, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email at [insert email address] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include all accessories, documentation, and the original receipt.
  3. Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Drop off your return package at the designated courier service.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. This includes any items that have been worn or altered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
